Lincoln is fortunate to have a low unemployment rate but with that brings difficulty hiring and retaining good employees. Individuals who are living in economic instability are seeking these full time, entry-level positions but employers often find that these employees have instability outside of work that impacts the workplace.

Businesses interested in learning how to reduce turnover in entry-level positions are encourage to set up a time to talk to me about your needs. I am a certified Bridges Out of Poverty trainer with a special certification in Workplace Stability. I can provide free training to your managers and decision-makers.

This project is funded thanks to a grant from The Lincoln Community Foundation to The Food Bank of Lincoln. The Workforce Stability training is available at no charge to companies and nonprofits that employ 50 or more staff.
